CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER


The Corporate Services Manager plays a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operations of our organisation and will assist the Executive Director in all matters pertaining to the
financial, human resource, IT and operational administration of the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

The Corporate Services Manager will provide effective support to the Executive Director in the following areas:

  • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide financial management and control, set budgets, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Provide human resource administration, including hiring and evaluating of employees.
  • Work with vendors to ensure proper management of IT and data management systems and equipment.
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Oversee special administrative projects and tracking progress towards project outcomes.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements


Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in a managerial role in Social Service Agencies and/or IPC Charities is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting standards and charity governance.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Xero)

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to streamline office operations to maximize effectiveness and efficiency while reducing costs.
  • Able to assimilate and analyse information quickly and accurately, to think strategically, formulate decisions and make recommendations.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Able to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
