Job description:
- Handling of import/export shipments worldwide, customer daily inquiry for new booking, provide vessel schedule
- Complete handling of B/L preparation and Docs issuing
- Managing business relationships with vendors/ subcontractors
- Followup and coordinate with shipper for commodity classification and cargo ready date
- Create new job files using inhouse system and generate booking confirmation to customers.
- Preparing billing invoice to customers & verify invoices from vendor
- Preparing P&L job files for monthend closing
- Maintaining good customer relationships incl. problemsolving
- Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- 23 years experiences in Supply Chain Management/ Container Shipping Industry
- Familiar in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding is a must
- Knowledge and experience in Export declarations and Custom Permit
- Experience in Cross-Border Logistics is of added advantage
- Good knowledge in MS Office suite
- Team player with proactive work attitude
