Customer Service Partner - Singapore - FR. MEYER'S SOHN (FAR EAST) PTE LTD

Description

• Handling of import/export shipments worldwide, customer daily inquiry for new booking, provide vessel schedule
• Complete handling of B/L preparation and Docs issuing
• Managing business relationships with vendors/ subcontractors
• Followup and coordinate with shipper for commodity classification and cargo ready date
• Create new job files using inhouse system and generate booking confirmation to customers.
• Preparing billing invoice to customers & verify invoices from vendor
• Preparing P&L job files for monthend closing
• Maintaining good customer relationships incl. problemsolving
• Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines

• 23 years experiences in Supply Chain Management/ Container Shipping Industry
• Familiar in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding is a must
• Knowledge and experience in Export declarations and Custom Permit
• Experience in Cross-Border Logistics is of added advantage
• Good knowledge in MS Office suite
• Team player with proactive work attitude
