As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our client's business stakeholders and our development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Your strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and collaborative attitude will be essential in driving the success of our agile projects.

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and end-users to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business needs into actionable tasks for the development team.

Process Mapping:Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement. Work with stakeholders to define and document new processes and workflows that align with agile principles and project goals.

Backlog Management:Maintain a well-organized product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features based on business value and dependencies. Regularly update the backlog to reflect changing requirements and priorities.

User Story Creation:Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories that outline the who, what, and why of each feature or functionality. Craft user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that are understandable by both technical and non-technical team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project progress.

Acceptance Criteria Definition:Work with product owners and development team members to define clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories. Ensure that acceptance criteria are testable and reflect the desired outcomes.

Quality Assurance:Collaborate with the QA team to validate that user stories meet acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered product aligns with business expectations.

Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the Scrum framework. Contribute to retrospectives and sprint planning sessions to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation:Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements, user stories, and relevant project information. Ensure that all documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an agile/scrum environment.
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum methodology.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business processes and requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proficiency in requirement management tools and agile project management software.
Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus
