Description
**JOB SCOPE: The operation executive is in-charge for the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the management.- Coordination between the cleaning team and the client to ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule across various job site together with the cleaning team and management.
- Develop and review work procedure to further improve existing protocols.
- Manging recruitment and onthejob training for our cleaning team and job site.
- Working with management to ensure customer service standard and to manage feedbacks from clients.
- Respond to a report any operational incident.
- Conduct followup with cleaning team and client at multiple job site.
- Conducting cleaning activities and replacement whenever required.
- Any other ad hoc duties which may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work independently.
- Detailed orientated and strong organisational skills.
- Adaptive and problemsolving skills.
- Responsive and approachable, with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and be proactive.
- Able to travel between different job site for work
