**JOB SCOPE: The operation executive is in-charge for the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the management.

  • Coordination between the cleaning team and the client to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule across various job site together with the cleaning team and management.
  • Develop and review work procedure to further improve existing protocols.
  • Manging recruitment and onthejob training for our cleaning team and job site.
  • Working with management to ensure customer service standard and to manage feedbacks from clients.
  • Respond to a report any operational incident.
  • Conduct followup with cleaning team and client at multiple job site.
  • Conducting cleaning activities and replacement whenever required.
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Able to work independently.
  • Detailed orientated and strong organisational skills.
  • Adaptive and problemsolving skills.
  • Responsive and approachable, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be proactive.
  • Able to travel between different job site for work
