- Lead and liaising with agencies, business partners, suppliers, media to
implement marketing and sales plan effectively. - Monitor Company's marketing budget and keep track of ROI for each sales
and marketing campaign. - Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns data to evaluate the
effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous
improvement. - Be "hands on" and work closely with cross functional from sales team,
promoters, operation, finance to achieve Company's objective. - Develop and drive brand's guidelines across all online and offline channels.
(including assisting in e-commerce at Marketplace) - Source for tie-up and collaboration opportunities.
- Foster good working relationships with colleagues, promoters and partners
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- 3 years relevant Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG/Retail.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot table and Google Sheets.
- Meticulous with good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
skills. - Digital and social media savvy.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients.
