Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in managing corporate client accounts in the loans industry.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate lending or financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of loans products and services.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as required.
