Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for an Accounts Executive (Billing) to help with the growing needs of the business.

about the job

You will be ensuring the smooth operational flow within the Accounts Receivable Function. The responsibilities include verifying billing requests and supporting documents to issue invoices in accordance with internal policies. Additionally, the role involves liaising with Finance internal users to assist with billing setup, preparing periodic reports for customers, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the Operations team to resolve cases. Furthermore, the position requires the preparation of all information requested for internal and external audits, along with the willingness to undertake any other billing duties as assigned.

skills and experience required

You should be Diploma qualified and possess at least 1 year of working experience with the AR department. This company has automated the process so no manual work is required. Prior experience in SAP or Oracle wil be advantageous. You should ideally have good communications skills and is a meticulous person and a good team player.
