Logistics Executive - Singapore - LVMH Group

Description

The LVMH Fashion Group in Southeast Asia and Oceania manages a portfolio of Fashion brands such as Celine, Givenchy, Kenzo, and Loewe.

This role is responsible for ensuring the right products (merchandise and non-merchandise) are delivered at the right time to cope with the market needs.

He or she works closely and ensures timely information is provided to internal departments. High volume of transactions is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily logistics operations to ensure smooth operations across multiple brandsEnsure proper aligned logistics process management and smooth operations across brandsSupport supply chain process improvement efforts, targeting on synergy, cost optimization or service enhancement in logistics operationsGenerate reports and daily data entry as and when necessaryResponsible for data administration of the Point-of-Sales system for stock managementSupport cycle count and stock take exercises with retail teamsPartner and coordinate with various departments and retail teams, as well as 3PL parties to support retail related activitiesProvide routine and ad hoc reports to management of Brand and Fashion GroupSupport retail/ supply chain projects and ad hoc assignments.

PROFILEGraduated in disciplines related to supply chain, operation management or business-related subjectsMinimum 2 years experience preferredCITES knowledge preferredKEY COMPETENCIESAnalytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindsetStrong numerical sense and excellent MS Excel skills to provide accurate analysisGood time management, interpersonal and organizational skillsMotivated and driver with high integrity
