- is comfortable with supporting direct marketing campaigns
- is comfortable making phone calls to promote monthly giving
- is meticulous and accurate
- is proficient in Microsoft Excel (queries, filters and pivot tables)
- has experience in data entry, sales, and/or telemarketing
- is well-organised and self-motivated with great interpersonal skills
- works well within a team setting and multi-cultural environment
- is flexible and solution-focused to address evolving needs of the organisation

The main focus of this position will also include:

driving revenue growth through growing our pool of monthly donors through phone calls and digital campaigns

- converting volunteers and supporters to become donors
- maintaining and developing relationships with current monthly donors
- retaining the donor pool by engaging those who have dropped out of the monthly donor programme
- leading UnLitter Red Dot programme
- data administration and maintaining accurate records
- regular data and reporting on the monthly donor pool
- perform additional duties and/or projects as needed
