    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    -Assist and maintain the products in online platform (eg. Company website, Lazada & Shopee)

    -Design the online platform, Photo-shoot and edit the product

    -Perform design related work according to company's commercials and documents requirements

    -Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders

    -Monitor fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service

    -Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programme and activities over digital platform

    -Manage daily admin duties as assigned

    -Monitoring customer accounts and constant update of AR/Aging List

    Working Hours:

    Mon to Fri: 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hours lunch break in between.

    Working Days: 5 days

    Requirements:

    • Experience in Adobe Photoshop preferred, but not a requirement.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    • Good written skills
    • Independent as well as good team player with strong communication skills.
