Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties
Implement, oversee progress, and suggest continuous enhancements for employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment and boost employee satisfaction and morale.
Assist the Management Team in offering guidance and motivation to employees regarding organizational practices, encompassing diversity, inclusion, Core Values, and HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees seeking clarification on company policies and procedures.
Manage all aspects of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits programs.
Aid in the administration, documentation, and tracking of new employees' recruitment and onboarding briefings.
Handle general administration tasks and prepare monthly reports related to employee benefits, attendance, overtime records, course schedules, work pass renewals, etc.
Maintain updated HR records in the HR software management system.
Undertake any other duties assigned by Management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in employment laws and regulations (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
