Job Descriptions:


  • Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operations, liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors & relevant authorities.
  • Ensure the production complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for overall production planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet targets.
  • Manage the production and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
  • Assist in the planning and sequencing of production operations.
  • Reporting to Project Director / Management.
  • Any adhoc task assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:


  • Possess Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of
    5 years' Experience in Structural Steel & Metal work
:


  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.
  • Have an ownership attitude, be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor.
  • Able to manage a site team and liaise with subcontractors and consultants.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within budget.
  • Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

$4, $6,000.00 per month
