Description

**Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Senior Accountant (Costing) to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the preparation of complete sets of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement) for individual/consolidated entities.
Managing the monthly financial reporting, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and conducting analysis.
Supervising the monthend closing activities of the general ledger and its subledgers (eg. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Bank Reconciliation etc.), and other relevant accounts and reconciliations.
Taking charge of cost accounting functions, as well as conducting variance analysis.
Collaborating with both internal and external auditors and ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
Working alongside tax consultants to compute annual corporate taxes and Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), as well as addressing tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
Reviewing quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) and monthly withholding tax submissions. All other adhoc duties as assigned
