    Roles & Responsibilities

    About the Job

    You will be leading the system development project, coordinating with the internal ICT team, HQ IT, and external software development vendor to oversee project management. Other job scopes are as following:

    • Manage department server databases.
    • Oversee and monitor the activities of business applications.
    • Provide system support to distributors and subsidiaries.

    Skills & Experiences Required

    You will need min a Degree or Diploma in Informatics Technology.

    • Min 3 years of experience in documenting system technical specifications and tracking specification changes.
    • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical and operational issues.
