    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Details:

    • 3 months contract
    • Outram Park MRT
    • 830am to 530pm (Mon to Fri)
    • $2000 to $2200

    Job scope:

    • Listing of products on the eCommerce platforms.
    • Create digital banners for marketing and promotion.
    • Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
    • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

    Requirement:

    • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
