    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Programme Operations

    • To ensure efficiency and effectiveness in handling day to day programme operations
    • Organise school events (Open House, Parent Communication Night and other events)
    • Provide logistic support to meetings and training for staff
    • Ensure regular updating of Student Database for fees and announcements
    • Collect data for regular report submissions to relevant agencies
    • Adhere to all requirements for the smooth operations of the programme as stipulated by funding agencies
    • Support and ensure cleanliness and timely maintenance of all items and facilities requests.

    Programme Administration

    • To ensure consistency in adherence to department standard operating procedures
    • Maintain proper documentation system and processes
    • Ensure adherence to key performance indicators with proper tracking and reporting (scoreboards, regular data e.g. student / staff hours, outcome measures, progress tracking etc)
    • Procure and maintain supplies and resources for programme
    • Support student management system
    • Document all events and activities by taking photographs (for purpose of communications to stakeholders and posting on social media)
    • Support teachers with necessary logistic supports for their outing such as transportation coordination

    Student Administration

    • Manage and prepare student's fee processes, including monthly Giro submission, coordinating and processing payments from parents and ensure timely payments
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date for all fee payments such as adhoc payments
    • Prepare Welcome Guide and Security Passes

    Attend to enquiries (walk in, phone calls, email) from parents, professionals and the general public on Early Intervention Programme

    Any other projects / duties as assigned by the Centre Manager and Deputy Executive Director of ARC(S)

    Requirements


    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

    • Comfortable working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines

    • Ability to adapt well to change

    • Have good initiative and problem-solving skills

    • Positive attitude and a good team player
