Description

Responsibilities:


  • Review documents and render legal advice
  • Conduct or assist in negotiation of contracts
  • Draft contracts and other legal documents
  • Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
  • Coordinate with and advise other internal user departments on legal matters
  • Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
  • Handle the setting up of associates, subsidiaries, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites:


  • Degree in Law
  • 4 to 7 years' experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical, proactive and independent
  • Willing to travel when required
