CRITERIONS

Telemarket on existing company leads effectively
Work closely with marketing and sales to handle new generated leads effectively
Able to identify and filter leads oneself to optimize telemarketing success
Achieve preview event attendance target
Telemarket and funnel potential leads to sales personnel for successful conversion
Work closely and communicate on quality leads transfer to sales personnel
Strong product grasp (comprehensive training is provided)
Willing to learn product knowledge and systemically angle in on customer pain points (comprehensive training is provided)
Maintain and develop relationships with newly acquired and existing customers
Undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Manager

COMPETENCIES

Track record of 2 years of experience, preferably in service industry (membership, loan, credit card, etc.)
Able to start immediately will be an advantage
