What you will be doingThe Senior IT Consultant is part of the Global Information & Systems Communications team based in Singapore, to support and manage the delivery of projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

The candidate will be responsible as the Project Manager for Direct to Consumer (DTC) applications with the following roles and responsibilities:Utilize in-depth knowledge of eCommerce and CRM to develop and execute DTC strategies to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and optimisation of omnichannel eCommerce platforms (especially Shopify).Leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 and Azure to implement effective CRM solutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve DTC operations and drive business growth.

BAU support for rolled out applicationsWhat you should haveBachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Systems, or equivalentMinimum of 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in a project leadership or project management role in the following domains:

eCommerceOmnichannel Retail managementCustomer Relationship ManagementB2C website management
