Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full-Time Delivery Driver at Deely Daily located in Singapore. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for day-to-day delivery tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and products. The role also involves maintaining delivery records and providing excellent customer service.

Salary

Starting salary: $2,100 for the first 3 months
Salary after probation: $2,400
Incentive: $1 per parcel after delivering 250 parcels
Additional pay for Saturday work: $150
Yearly performance bonus: Up to 1.5 months

Leave Benefits

14 days of annual leave
1 birthday leave
1 festive leave
Public holiday pay: $150
Negotiable arrangement for working on public holidays
Annual leave increases by 1 day for every year of service

Working Hours

Working hours until all parcels are delivered
Must be at the hub between 7 am to 9 am (exact timing to be confirmed daily for the first month)

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (May - September 2024)
Monday to Saturday during peak period (September 2024 to February 2025)

Vehicle and Expenses

Company-provided vehicle (to be brought home)
Monthly petrol allowance: $1,000
Cash card expenses reimbursed
Season parking expenses reimbursed

Qualifications

Customer Service skills
Singaporean Citizen & Permanent Resident are welcome
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license for class 3
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Prior experience as a Delivery Driver is a plus
