locally listed General Insurance company in Singapore.

underwriting of general insurance business and reinsurance . General insurance covers a broad spectrum of insurance classes, e.g. fire, marine, motor, engineering, general accident and liability business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling a range of general insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate both new business acquisition and renewals
  • Perform customer retention
  • Achieve persistency and retention targets as set by the company
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement
  • Process policies and provide the necessary documentation to customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
  • Generate reports as and when required

Requirements:


  • Minimally Diploma in any discipline
  • Possession of General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in motor outbound sales, preferably in the insurance sector
  • Knowledge of general insurance products, including motor, travel, home, personal accident, and health insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proactive and salesdriven
