locally listed General Insurance company in Singapore.
The Company's principal activities are the
underwriting of general insurance business and reinsurance . General insurance covers a broad spectrum of insurance classes, e.g. fire, marine, motor, engineering, general accident and liability business.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling a range of general insurance products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate both new business acquisition and renewals
- Perform customer retention
- Achieve persistency and retention targets as set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement
- Process policies and provide the necessary documentation to customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
- Generate reports as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma in any discipline
- Possession of General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in motor outbound sales, preferably in the insurance sector
- Knowledge of general insurance products, including motor, travel, home, personal accident, and health insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive and salesdriven
