We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our
NEW Culinary Opening Team

Located in the east as our **CHEF DE PARTIE / JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
East Side


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for daytoday kitchen duties as assigned by chefs
  • Ensure food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
  • Ensure preparation and service is up to par in the kitchen
  • Preparing of mise en place for the chef
  • Assisting the Chef in inventories management
  • Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene are followed in accordance with SFA standard
  • Ensure production schedules and timely delivery of services
  • Work closely and cooperate with other chefs, superiors, colleagues, and subordinates in order to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items

Requirements:


  • Experience in Asian / Western Cuisine as an advantage
  • Team player and able to commit beyond normal working hours as and when required
  • Salary will be commensurate with knowledge & experience
  • Versatile in various food preparations will be an advantage
  • Have a passion for food. Be diligent and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment; multitask and able to handle stress
