    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description & Requirements:

    We're looking for an attentive and personable individual to join our Head Office on a full-time basis. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

    We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be People & Culture Manager (HR) or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

    Responsibilities include:

    • Reviewing and updating HR policies and SOPs for the organization
    • Coordinating hiring efforts by screening resumes of potential candidates and arranging for interviews with relevant personnel in the organization
    • Drafting employment contracts and filing employee records
    • Handling work pass applications, renewals, and issuance
    • Conducting orientation for new team members
    • Conducting offboarding and exit interviews
    • Monitoring employee KPIs and facilitating annual performance evaluations
    • Ensuring employees adhere to all workplace guidelines provided in the employee handbook
    • Spearheading welfare, training and CSR agenda of the organization
    • Tabulating and processing payroll for all full-time and part-time employees
    • Providing advice and handling employee enquiries on all matters related to payroll, leave, claims, benefits and contracts
    • Working closely with the management team to cultivate the company culture and grow the team
    • Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related field
    • At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role
    • Familiarity with MOM regulations, HR practices and Info-Tech System
    • Excellent communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
    • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done
    • Attention to detail, good organisational and time-management skills
    • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
