Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support one of our European Banking client in Singapore. In this role, the successful incumbent will ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and it will involve liaising with client on a daytoday basis as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.

Key Responsibilities

Leading an endtoend recruitment process
Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Facilitating the interview and selection process
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders
Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations
Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team goals
Undertaking market mapping projects

Skills & Experience

Experience in managing endtoend recruitment processes and working directly with Hiring Managers in an agency environment.
Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
