Description

The incumbent will be responsible for after service sales leading MHI-AP's efforts as a regional after sales service hub to expand the refrigeration system market in Southeast Asia.


Roles & responsibilities
After Services Sales

  • Responsible for Maintenance work/item proposal and after service sales work process
  • Take initiative in business development to promote after sales service businessSales activity (Maintenance proposal and inquiry work)
  • Commercial work for afterservices sales including inquiry work, quotation, ordered work process and payment process
  • Maintenance record management
  • Promote sales activities for servicing existing and potential customer's refrigeration systems.
  • Manage the service/maintenance support system
HR Management

  • Support the supervisory service arrangement to customers' sites to facilitate execution of works.
  • Support for education of local service partners in Southeast Asia including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Bangladesh.
New Business Development

  • Promote after sales service business in Southeast Asia in cooperation with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems, Ltd. (MTH).
  • Support Sales to receive new refrigeration system orders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business
  • A wide range of knowledge on sales activities and engineering functions
  • Multiyear experience on sales and/or commercial in large plants, such as refrigeration units and power generation plants
  • Ability to coordinate between MTH Japan and MHI-AP
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Chiller operation, maintenance, and trouble shooting
  • Effective communication skills (written and spoken) to interface with parties both inside and outside the organization, overseas and Japanese customers and Mitsubishi group counterparts such as MTH Japan with Japanese language and English
  • Japanese Language Proficiency of JLPT N1 is required as there will be frequent correspondences with counterparts in Japan.
