Description
Reporting to the Retail & Marketing, Manager, you would play a pivotal role in supporting the retail marketing operations team for Asia.
Responsibilities
- Supports in the creation of compelling presentation proposal and execution of onground (malls, instore, offsite) and online / digital events and campaigns
- Work closely with various external vendors from printers, costume character agencies, storage to premium manufacturers. Ensuring end to end work processes are seamless
- Organizing and compiling information, marketing materials for filing or ecommunication and sharing
- Manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to: Purchase orders, invoices, preparation and handling of outgoing and incoming shipment
Qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in a marketing environment
- Highly organized, collaborative selfstarter with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and some understanding in Adobe Photoshop
- Able to converse and read in Mandarin will be an added advantage
