If you are interested to be part of the team that helps to create dream and award-winning spaces, we now invite you to join our team today as a Customer Service (AR Billing) Executive.

Responsibilities:

Process the Sales quotations received from the Materials Planners to generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices or any documents as required by the process flow.
Follow up with the Materials Planners and customers when there is incomplete information or documents
Perform the necessary checks on stock inventory level and payment records before processing orders
Follow up with customers on payment matters: to ensure that payment is collected based on terms of sales
Attend to customer's enquiries on sales order/ delivery order status
Ensure the proper and appropriate representation of the Company in all areas with regards to dealing with customers and external relations.
Respond to requests from both internal and external parties in a timely manner
Assist in the cataloguing and maintenance of the Samples library

Requirements:

Advantageous to have basic accounting knowledge and prior experience using SAP system
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous
Willing to work on Saturdays on a 5day work week (4 weekdays and 1 Saturday). Nonworking days for Sunday and Public holidays
