Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to support the Business Development Department and the company's growth strategy.


Your job as a business development executive is to identify sales leads, make business presentations to new clients, maintain a strong working relationship with customers, and harness technology and digital solutions to enhance the effectiveness of service delivery.

The roles and responsibilities of a successful incumbent would be:

Business Development

  • Manage the business development process from coldcalling to preparing sales quotations, making presentations to clinch the deal, following up with contracts and recontract, etc.
  • Provide security consultancy and recommendation of security solutions (manpower and technology) to customers, including implementation of the technology project and coordinate with technician/supplier
  • Oversee technician and supplier to provide aftersales maintenance services and updates of technology solutions
  • Work with Ops and HR to ensure business clinches are delivered successfully.

Customer Engagement and Service

  • Arrange and attend business briefings/meetings with prospective or existing clients as required
  • Create a strong company branding through good customer service, reviews, and a strong service culture
  • Build goodwill with new and existing customers through initiatives such as yearend corporate gifts and participation in CSR projects.
  • Introduce innovative ways to engage customers and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires coworkers and clients to grow the business
  • Motivate and supervise the team toward greater heights
  • Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.
