    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibility

    • Handle HR system support cases, addressing user queries and escalating system issues as necessary.
    • Administer system functionalities, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to maintain the fitness of HR systems for organizational needs.
    • Update intranet content to keep employees informed about HR-related matters.
    • Manage company IT assets and equipment for HR purposes, coordinating with IT partners or vendors.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes for reference and compliance purposes.
    • Monitor access controls and manage IT accounts to ensure data security and compliance.
    • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and data security standards.
    • Participate in process automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to streamline HR operations.

    Job Requirement

    • Possess Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information System/ Technology or any relevant course
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.
