- O+O domain program excellence through challenge identification
- Streamlining of managerial KPIs around timeline, budget, resource management
- Exposure to a professional environment in the Beauty industry
- Understanding of effective communication strategies in a corporate setting
- Experience in Business process reengineering, management consulting, and internal audit
- Development of soft skills such as project management, problem solving, strategic planning, collaborative skills etc.
- University students currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome
- Background in Business or Information Systems
- Good communication and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

L'Oréal Internship is a -month full-time program ( July – Jan ) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.
