    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning and tender preparation/evaluation.
    • Design of electrical services such as low/high voltage power distribution, lightning protection system, lighting, emergency voice communication system, data cabling, etc.
    • Plan, design and oversee M&E Building Services for local and overseas projects
    • Ensure all engineering works carried out are in compliance with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Code of Practices
    • Project Management including checking of contractors' shop drawings and site inspection
    • Liaise and attend meetings with clients, project managers, architects, contractors and authorities as required to ensure technical compliance and timely completion of projects

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Degree acceptable to the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
    • Minimum 1-4 years of experience (Executive Level) or at least 5 years of experience (Senior Level) in the design of electrical services, supervision and project management of M & E services for buildings, preferably with a M&E consultancy company.
    • Conversant with local Code of Practices and the plans submission procedures to local authorities.
