Ict Executive - Singapore - EXASOFT PTE. LTD.
Description
Assist with AV Matters during school activities / functions (i.e. Live Streaming of events, Pre/Post multimedia content production)- Respond, investigate & provide resolution of incidents with the team of ICT(Associate) and Desktop Engineers involving the following systems / equipment: Computing Devices not restricted to SSOE
- Printers
- Projector, Speaker, Patch Panel, Visualizer
- Any other relevant ICT Systems
- Perform followup with vendor on replacement / repair of hardware.
- Work with Desktop Engineers to regularly update Users / Computer Lab to facilitate software distribution, patch management
- Guide & assist users to perform inplace upgrade
- Support the implementation of EdTech tools that support teaching and learning.
- Perform ICT and AV supporting roles as assigned when required by the School Leaders and HOD/ICT
Requirements:
- Experience with helpdesk support.
- Understanding of TCP/IP Protocols and LAN/WLAN is an advantage.
- Able to diagnose hardware, software and network problems and propose potential solutions.
- Excellent team player and is able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Working Details
Contract Period: 1 Sept 2023 to 31 Dec 2023, with an option to extend for 1 year, 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.
Work Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service on Saturday is not required unless there is events support.
- Service not required on Sunday and gazetted public holidays.
