Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call center environment
  • Communicate and explain the breakdown of the amount payable to customers in detail
  • Negotiate with customers on repayment amounts and payment dates, where applicable
  • Provide customer service and enhance overall collections efficiency and delinquency rates
  • Resolve customer issues and handle walkin customers who wish to make payment
  • Achieve monthly cashcollection targets set at the beginning of each Financial Year
  • Ensure payments are correctly allocated, to the appropriate accounts and against the appropriate invoices

Requirements:


  • Min O Levels with at least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing (inbound and outbound calls), customer service or debt collection (in a call center environment)
  • Highly independent and organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills (verbal communication)
  • Must be meticulous and possess a sense of urgency
  • Location North, 5 days working week
