Job Description/ Requirement

ResponsibilitiesTo assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination and oversee all architectural finishes works on siteTo supervise day to day operation of project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings.

To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con for projects specifications & other technical issuesTo carry out inspections when required (according to ISO requirements) for works in progress, installations and deliveries to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are compliedRequirementsDiploma / Degree in Building Engineering/Architecture or equivalentAt least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in building constructionProficient in AutoCADOrganized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
