    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are looking for a creative individual who will be responsible for creating the overall look and feel of a wide range of digital interactive communication products with our various accounts. Utilizing text, data, graphics, sound, animation, and other digital elements, you will contribute to projects such as digital campaigns, websites, promotional materials (banners, digital posters, social media artwork), web game interfaces, online educational content, and interactive guides.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the conceptualization and design of campaigns and social media projects from ideation to execution.
    • Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and seamless user experiences across websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
    • Design visually stunning digital works that effectively communicate brand identity, enhance usability, and drive business goals.
    • Gather unique insights to derive strong big ideas, expanding into multiple digital channels seamlessly and creatively.
    • Create interactive mockups and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts, solicit feedback, and iterate on designs as needed.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other designers, to ensure the successful execution of interactive projects.
    • Conduct thorough testing and QA reviews to ensure that interactive designs meet technical specifications, functionality requirements, and design standards.
    • Engage with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback, and present design concepts and deliverables in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
    • Help to manage our assets library, organizing and maintaining digital assets such as graphics, icons, and templates for efficient use across projects.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field.
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in interactive design/advertising, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the social media and advertising field.
    • Experience working in an agency is preferred.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
    • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Independently managing deadlines in orderly and punctual fashion is a must.
