Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Plans and supervises the M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, airconditioning, mechanical ventilation, etc.) in buildings and infrastructure construction
  • He/She coordinates the M&E works with the other ongoing site works.
  • He/She supervises contractors and workers to complete the M&E works within the given budget and timeline.
  • He/She advises on problem determination and solutions of M&E nature and is the key interface with the other building professionals on M&E matters.
  • Interpret technical designs and drawings.
  • Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline.
  • Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
  • Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, airconditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project.

  • Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 years of working experience in Singapore as M & E coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software.

$3, $7,500.00 per month
