Job Purpose:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Student Information System project (Salesforce CRM platform)
  • Representing the sales in active participation to this project in relation to the workstreams/processes
  • Requirement (information) gathering to delivering in production
  • Oversee the training contents and communications for sales
  • Reengineering/ updating Sales processes for all sales channels
  • Successful landing of project raising timely escalations, bugs notification, risks and mitigation with the project team and stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management weekly cadence with the below functions to improve collaboration and smooth functioning of daytoday activities.
  • Direct Sales
  • Inductions and Conversions sales
  • Admissions
  • Agent development
  • Salesforce IT
  • Sales incentive calculation
  • Accurate calculation of all Sales incentive plans for target achievement
  • Exception handling and liaising with sales managers, HR & Finance to finalise the outcome and target achievement calculation.
  • SME for how the incentive is calculated and what data were used to arrive at the target achievement percent.
  • Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIFF)
  • Lead and evaluate the SPIFF proposal from sales and ensure it meets the company's goal and target achievement.
  • Implement approved SPIFF programs and setup cadence to provide visibility on sales targets performance achievement.
  • Provide the progress and attainment with the calculated payout related to the approved SPIFF to ensure the right incentives are awarded to the sales.

Geographical Scope:


This role will be based in Singapore, no requirements for travel within the role; however, there may be ad hoc travel for conferences, meetings if required.


Selection Criteria:

Qualifications & Training

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, database/querying skills is a plus

Experience Required:


  • Minimum 3 years of sales operations or program management experience in a fastpaced environment
  • Project management skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of higher education industry is an advantage

  • Strong decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to think analytically and work flexibly within a dynamic, fastpaced work environment
  • Highly organized and effective time management skills; able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills with special focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
