- Oversee the sales strategies implementation within the APAC region.
- Increase sales through a variety of channels of distribution, such as manufacturers and resellers.
- Oversee all sales operations in the Asia Pacific area and lead the sales teams.
- Manage sales through both traditional and online channels.
- Increase presence of the company in key markets.
- Maintaining and establishing new relationships with distributors and partners.
- Create and oversee the project ideas and proposals.
- Indirectly managing the Sales Managers and ensuring their performance is up to expectations.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Minimally 5 to 10 years of experience in a regional B2B sales role
- Manufacturing background will be highly preferred
- Travelling within APAC region is required
