Description
The incumbent will be working as an Ocean Export Executive.

S/he must be providing a proactive and comprehensive service to both Internal and External customers in all aspects of Export freight forwarding documentation services provided by the Company.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining the documentation for the company's Export activities
  • Responsible for the permit declaration and BL transport documents required
  • Responsible for Export documentation formalities with carriers & Coloaders
  • Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer's inquiries are answered
  • In charge of liaising with the company's vendors/suppliers for export shipments
  • In charge of the preparation of billing invoices and performing invoice verification when required
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in ocean freight forwarding operations
  • Knowledge of cargo clearance permit declaration a plus
