Service Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in oil & gas industry / preferable in fabrication environment
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system


  • Software

  • AutoCAD, MS Office
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Willing to go extra mile to meet customers' requirements
  • Strong communication skills. English speaking and writing are a must
  • Resourceful, independent and detail oriented
  • The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

Key Responsibilities
You shall undertake all duties as designated by your immediate manager(s)/superior(s) in relation to the Company's operation and its business


Your duties will include:
- preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects;
- monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification;
- interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements;
- promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback;
- monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures;
- monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed;
- writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis;
- any other duties as and when required.
