Description

People Advantage is partnering with a statutory board under the Ministry of Law in Singapore. They are looking for a Finance Director

join their team to lead the finance and procurement teams to resource Group's growth and transformation in a responsible, efficient and sustainable manner.

Responsibilities

Provide business advice to senior management in formulating its strategy and plans in a fiscally responsible and sustainable manner.
Monitor and report Group financial performance using appropriate measures to manage and drive governance, performance and sustainability.
Support review of fees and charges.
Steer procurement policies and processes to source and manage goods/services efficiently, ensuring valueformoney purchases within the public service procurement framework.
Lead the adoption of digital transformation and business improvement initiatives to increase productivity for finance and procurement operations.

Requirements:

At least 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position
Good knowledge of current financial reporting standards and best practice in governance and control
Commercially astute and equally comfortable with operational details and corporate strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and commitment to good governance.
Strong analytical skills to drive financial planning and forecasting
Experience in Workday system
