Leasing Executive - Singapore - LUM CHANG PROPERTIES LTD

Description

• Implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the mall while ensuring good tenant/trade mix
• Handle new leases, lease renewals, lease expirations, negotiation and followup with various lease documentations
• Prepare leasing documents
• Evaluate and analyse tenants' business performance and be responsible for lease and tenant related matters

• Diploma in Real Estate
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in leasing, preferably in a retail mall environment
• Be independent, resourceful and possess excellent written and communication skills
• Be able to multitask and work well in a fastpaced environment
• Be prepared to work on 5.5 days' work week
