- KYC/AML screening and performing due diligence for CDP customers, market participants,
- business participants of the business units.
- Periodic review of existing customers
- Escalation to Compliance and provide recommendations on exception cases
- Review screening alerts in line with AML policy of SGX group. Escalate concerns relating to screening alerts in line with KYC procedure.
- Conduct customer due diligence, review KYC documents, complete risk assessment and escalation of case to compliance as appropriate.
- Review KYC information & documents of clients in accordance to the SGX groups AML/KYC standards.
- Manage client responses to KYC requirements and resolve customer queries related to documentation.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders for timely completion of KYC renewals.
- Ensure any quality assurance and corrective feedback from the approver/Head of KYC / Compliance is actioned in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage CDD reviews of cases to ensure no cases are overdue.
