- Conduct workshops and lead discussions with customers for business requirements along with Project Manager
- Perform feasibility study and fit/gap analysis on the requirements
- Liaise with subject matter experts/technical team for the design of solutions
- Perform system configuration and run the unit testing
- Able to coordinate and organize systems integration testing with internal parties
- Coordinate and assist the customers during user acceptance testing along with Project Manager.
- Coordinate and assist in the reporting of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Work with technical team to resolve issue/bug fixes
- Support UAT & PRD deployment
- Documentation of material required for deliverable (Functional Specification, Test Plan, Test Scripts, Training Material, Progress Report etc.)
- Assist in project management activities by supporting the Project Manager.
- To always ensure and maintain safety work procedures, at site or in office at all times.
- To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
- Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.
- Any Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent or
- Preferably prior business analyst or consulting working or Project experience especially in IT fiel
- Candidate with work experience in a multi-national environment would be an added advantage
- Knowledge and/or experience with the following technologies (SQL database, java, .Net, html, xml) would also be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers, internal teams and external vendors
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and take ownership and be responsible for the tasks assigned
- Openness and willing to learn new solutions and grow existing skill sets with a positive mindset
