    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Providing end to end service coordination with both internal (sales, service, warehouse) and external customers or suppliers.
    • Providing administrative support to Operations and Service team
    • Coordinate on all project activities from procurement to order or service delivery
    • Resolve service team admin issues timely
    • Monitor project progress, preparation and submission to finance for timely billing
    • Carry out administrative tasks including data input, maintaining records, paperwork and proper filing
    • Tracking, checking of all service reports and follow up with engineers to ensure timely submission
    • Handling enquiries from customers and suppliers
    • Involve in internal audit
    • Involve in quarterly stock take

    Requirements

    • Good command of English
    • Relevant experience in project administration or service coordination
    • Process-driven
    • Able to multi-task
    • Able to work well with deadlines
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Able to work independently and willing to work in a team
    • Meticulous with an eye for detail
    • Well-versed in MS Office applications
    • Experience with Navision is advantageous
