Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidate must possess CSCPM certification and at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical).
Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Preferably 5 years of working experience in Lift & Elevator projects.
Effective supervisory and organisational skill, work independently and a team player.
Possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and able to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Good sense of commercial and contract awareness.
Possess entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking.
Good time management, objective driven and highly initiative.
Calm and compose when meet with challenges.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

To perform project manager role & responsibility at project sites and any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time.
Maintain the schedule and track progress, keeping records on file and copying weekly records to Head Office
To monitor site activities such as checking, inspection, measurement, and supervision of works to comply with specifications, drawings, and programs to achieve target progress and quality.
To handle project handover dossier/documentation (QAQC documentation).
Ensure work comply with site HSE requirements.
Follow the process oriented Project Management from award until handover including all statutory requirement and deliverables.
Manage project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.
Assure effective project management, smooth and timely communication with all parties involved, in particular with the representatives of the customer.
Provide regular project management reports for Work In Progress (WIP) review.
To supervise and manage all site-based work.
Develop comprehensive project management plan for timely commencement and completion of work in accordance with code of practice.
Lead the project team and assign adequate authorities and responsibilities.
