    Description
    To provide quality service and achieve satisfaction to our valued partners and customer.Roles & Responsibilities
    • Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
    • Build a strong relationship with customer.
    • Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
    • Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly.
    • Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes.
    • Ensure all emails are to be respond on time.
    • Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations.
    • Comply with company rules and regulation.
    • Do reports that required from Superior (will advise and guide)
    • Other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirement
    • Able to speak and write fluent English and Mandarin
    • At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
    • Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
    • Able to commit on Saturday.
    • Might required to work or answer calls even after work (as operation still ongoing)
    • Able to work independently in a busy and fast paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
