To be able to liaise/coordinate well with both internal and external clients on the requirements for each job site

To be able to liaise with external clients on the issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) / Works Orders (WO) for each job site and ensure such documents details the full scope of works to be done.
To do up the site work plan along with the site documents such as Traffic Control Plan (TCP) etc
To inform each project team on the scope and details required for the execution of the works for ech job site
To follow up with each job site on the daily work progress and prepare daily reports for both external and internal clients
To ensure the site works are being carried out as detailed and in a safe manner
To make sure site teams are providing the correct updates daily such as work progress photos, sketches etc
To be able to prepare the claims for the external clients to verify and approve after job at site is completed.
To keep track of all the claims raised and to follow up and ensure the claims are reviewed and approved by external clients in a timely manner and update the Management
