Duties:


Responsible for managing, executing, and overseeing the Division's compliance and enforcement program, providing expertise and guidance of best practices, supporting processes to be effective, and reviewing, coordinating, tracking and communicating compliance and legal enforcement actions and activity.

Supports the organization and management of the Division's compliance and enforcement activities, including compliance and legal actions. Provides guidance and informal training to AIR personnel on their responsibilities to the compliance and enforcement processes.

Promotes best practices, use of data to inform decisions, and contributes to efforts to improving compliance and enforcement processes and systems.

Draws on experience to solve unusual problems and may recommend alternatives, changes, revisions, etc.

to assigned program processes, policies and regulations to eliminate program risks and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program's performance.

Coordinates within and across Divisions and keeps management informed of activities and risk as needed.


All duties are performed with a high level of proficiency in the understanding of the link compliance and enforcement with safety to the National Airspace.

Additionally, may prepare communications appropriate for high level officials within the FAA and outside parties.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
