- Supporting business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.
- Implementing advertising and publicity campaigns, coordinating events and delivering the market strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).
- Responsible for implementing media planning, analytics and strategy, including R.O.I. evaluation.
- Identifying the optimal mix of advertising and promotional media channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas.
- Coordinating the activities of the company's trade shows, congresses, promotions, events, promotional products, advertising campaigns based on predetermined marketing themes and messages.
- Arranging social media promotions and measuring advertising and promotion effectiveness for return-on-investment.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, Biomedical Science or any related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, including conference marketing experience and driving webinars via digital platforms in the health science industry or biotech industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities and established track record in effective leadership talents, including project management.
- Knowledge/experience in food safety/food industry would be a plus.
- Highly dedicated and passionate in marketing, driven with a high degree of personal motivation.
- Overseas business travel is expected in accordance with business needs.

Description
Regional Marketing Specialist role involves supporting marketing strategy, planning and implementing marketing activities for the APAC region, driving sales, lead generation and pipeline growth for Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO and Hygiene products.
The Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all marketing events, collaterals, webinar support and exhibitions in the APAC region for the Food Safety Business. This role requires a strong leadership capability, project management skills and experience in marketing, including conference marketing and driving webinars via digital platforms in the health science industry or biotech industry.
